Now it doesn’t have the hosts but exactly like the LugLife app the only difference is the sales prices. I miss the live hosts with the live shopping experience. ### 3/5 — Good app but needs improvements *2023-03-16* Good app but needs some help Suggestions: -Remove waitlist function (as it doesn't work at all) Maybe replace it with just "Favorites" -Show pictures of the items INTERIORS with it -Have the ability to size down the colors list on just this app. -Show the colors together in a stack in the click the colors part (instead of sliding left to right) -Fix the status of orders to be accurate. If something has been cancelled. Show "Cancelled" Not "Fulfilled" -Have the option to see the orders tab in an expanded list view so you can scroll through the orders and see all the items with pictures in the same screen -Show last 4 numbers of card that was used to pay for the order -When replaying OR watching a live show, have the regular price show up next to the sale price so we don't have to go back and forth out of the life to find that out. -Show the shopping cart items expanded with items all shown without having to click the orange link "shopping cart: X items" to get to see them ### 2/5 — App issues *2022-11-05, version 2.20.49* My orders said paid but not fulfilled also no store credits even extra points both luglive and lug because I didn’t get a belated discount for my birthday 🎉 for 6 months ago and i have emails from them of my orders but it’s not telling me on shipping therefore when im doing checkout on the app one minute it goes from markdowns to higher prices it’s doesn’t make sense ### 3/5 — Remove non-functioning waitlist option *2022-07-25, version 2.17.9* Please remove the “waitlist” function. It never works. It’s just frustrating and gives people false hope. Also show an order status as “cancelled” if it was a cancelled order instead of using “fulfilled” to mean a status of cancelled, returned, shipped, etc. it’s very confusing. ### 3/5 — Shipping Charge Glitch *2020-11-20, version 2.6.31* It was said/advertised multiple times that shipping would only be charged once, from Tuesday to Sunday. I made a purchase on Wednesday, for which I was charged $7, then another purchase on Friday, for which I was charged $7 again. Tried multiple times via email, live chat, calling to get this corrected, but to no avail as of yet. I am a new, but very disappointed customer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unwelcome changes *2025-09-15, version 14.0.140* Since the last update, the item quantities are no longer showing. With Lug, when quantities are low, you never know if you will get your items or if they are cancelled, so this helps a person be an informed shopper. It also helps with budgeting. I will not shop until this is fixed and just might delete the app altogether. ### 1/5 — App not suitable for IPads *2025-09-02, version 14.0.140* Yes, they did just do an update to their app and now iPad users have to physically turn their device to watch LugLive. I can’t believe they are touting this as great new update. This is so aggravating. I know I will think twice before tuning in. ### 1/5 — Used to be great *2024-07-05, version 13.10.200* Sometimes I want to skip ahead or go back to a part and not all the videos have FF or rewind option. Update Feb 2024: app is so buggy. Search feature broken and can’t save anything to favorites (they add then remove and most of my saved favorites are gone). It’s too annoying to use now. July 2024: you can’t search for items and items don’t show up. Only way to view items is by watching a reply. Super annoying because I can’t find anything. ### 1/5 — The app ain’t apping *2024-06-05, version 13.10.10* I don’t know what happened during last update but I got a version 1. I can’t see any shows. I have tried deleting and adding back. No help ### 1/5 — Change it back, please! *2024-02-14, version 3.4.20* This new app is so bad, and frustrating! Use to be able to get on and look for what you want, but now you either have to watch every single show, or watch all the replays. Nobody has time for that. It shows you have over 200 products, but you changed it to where we, the customer, can’t see them. I don’t understand why, aren’t you trying to sell the products? Change it back, PLEASE! It took me hours, going back and forth, from reply to reply, just to find three items, which I purchased. However, I won’t be back, unless the app gets changed back to the original, user friendly app that it was. What a shame! Forcing people to watch and buy the same ole stale merchandise. They double and tripled most of their prices. No thanks Lug, you’re not a designer bag company. ### 1/5 — Useless without search feature *2023-12-31, version 3.2.20* Used to love this app until they removed the search feature. I often watch YouTube reviews or see posts on the facebook group then head over to the app to find the item and watch the video before purchasing. Without search I would have to know the day and time the item was presented to be able to view the item for purchase. I get so frustrated not being able to find the item I just give up and don’t purchase at all. Guess I should be thankful I am saving money….. ### 1/5 — Screen *2022-12-24, version 2.20.59* Not good for anyone with a mini iPhone. The whole screen is covered by the colors of the products which is not needed, it’s easy to find out which colors are available without covering up the screen with a list of colors.
