Thankfully was able to get some of it refunded as I took time stamped screenshots of the location of the van after it had been erroneously marked arrived, but the remainder, before I thought to document it, is simply lost money. Pay careful attention to the app and make sure to document any suspicious behavior as otherwise they will overcharge you. Beyond that the ETAs given are completely inaccurate. They ruined every item they moved, and then asked for a tip. They’ll give you an “estimate” but the real cost was more than double. They sent inexperienced people who intentionally took a lot of time since they know they are charged by the hour. Don't be fooled by the sleek design, user interface, stated "professional skills" and seemingly easy process. Based on reviews and searches they seemed perfect: stating expertise with fitness equipment disassembly, protection, moving, delivery and • reassembly; flexibility in scheduling and fair reasonable pricing. I scheduled a week in advance for moving a Peloton Tread. I provided the details for pickup (needed tools on site and easy movement to loading dock) and delivery. After the pick up window, without any "pro-mover" (Luggers) contact, I went to support. 3.5 hours later, after getting called by the assigned team, being told they couldn't disassemble, move or reassemble the Peloton and the being assured it would be resolved, my multiple requests for a status update resulted in not an answer, but notification that my order was "cancelled" by Lugg. They offered an "account credit of $50" and a re-try, but not for several days. They proved untrustworthy and unreliable, so the next day I rented a U-Haul trailer and moved it with my petite wife. I should’ve started there - smh. ### 1/5 — Out of touch with scheduling *2026-07-05, version 3.2.17* I used them once in 2025. There were scheduling issues with them being late and a disconnect with my need for a truck vs a van. After a lot of back and forth a proper set of movers did show up and were decent movers. I chalked up the scheduling to being a company learning curve. Fast forward to July 2026 and they’ve shown they learned nothing. They book too many requests with too few of drivers and are at this point over an hour late. In addition they have no actual humans staffed in CS so all you get is a very bad AI agent that freezes up after one $25 credit and I can’t even cancel the job which is causing me to miss a birthday party. Additionally movers won’t respond to a text. It is evident that moving is NOT a task best left to gig workers. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for actual movers at a company with a local boots on the ground operation whether moving one item or a whole house. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service, do not use them *2026-07-01, version 3.2.17* They did not notify me that the delivery window I had paid for was going to be missed by 3 hours and had to miss a very important doctor visit. Customer service via chat was extremely slow and given little authority to actually support me. They still did not have a mover 2 hours after the scheduled moving period had passed on the day of, and support could not do anything to help. Contacted customer service and they still have not dispatched anyone. The apartment I’m moving into has an elevator window that I am going to miss and will need to reschedule a move in date a week later. Once I started using it questions I had about the process were answered quickly. Selecting what I wanted/needed took only minutes to complete.
