The issue was that traffic made us late to drop off our bags. By the time we got there, the facility said they were closing in 15 minutes. If I had just thought to check our bags in and then immediately check them out, I would have saved 60-some dollars. Super helpful and kind but the street the shop was on was shady, like stepping over crackheads type shady. But received an email just after midnight on 14 July telling me the timer had stopped automatically and my storage had ended! Next door quoted half the price. They don’t allow cancellations without paying. The other was the Empire State Building and the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked where to drop my bag. Thank god I decided to check them out first before paying. This app will add FRAUDULENT bookings and hope you don’t notice until it is too late so they can charge you a whole day fee. Basically saying that giving more confidence in that people are in the right place and how it works would have been appreciated or ask people if they know how it works on arrival to save yourself the explanation.
