### 1/5 — Lugg

*2023-12-02*

Working for lugg is horrible they rather believe whatever the client says then what they’re own workers have to say about a situation.. it’s like with out us workers who is gonna get the stuff done ? Nobody they’ll suspend u for the dumbest reason

### 1/5 — Absolute worst company

*2023-11-29*

Just don’t do it. Unless you want to waste your gas and time only to sit in your vehicle with someone else waiting for jobs only to be ridiculed by them after you say something to their support. Trash. Not worth it in the slightest.

### 3/5 — Phone data carrier requirement

*2023-09-18*

You have to have unlimited data plan with t mobile, Verizon, sprint or AT&T which is ridiculously in order to use their app. Maybe they are in partnership with the companies. What does having a certain phone carrier have to do with using Lugger app? As long as you have internet or data it’s important.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2023-09-12*

Worst company to work for they don’t care about they employees and they don’t take accountability for anything.

### 1/5 — Predatory dispatch

*2023-08-27*

You don’t know what you are going to do and how much you will get paid until you finish each work. Very heavy and very low pay based on my experience.

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2023-08-06*

I’ll be rating you 1 star you don’t respond to me, you don’t answer my questions and you never gave me jobs. I bought all these supplies for no reason. This app is a waste of time.

### 5/5 — Great improvement

*2023-07-29*

I started back in 2021, and I didn’t like Lugg. But I came back to work for them again in 2023 and they’ve improved significantly! Constant work being given to luggers

### 1/5 — Violating Labor Lawsuit

*2023-05-27*

I worked my first shift with Lugg in California. The company is classifying employees here as 1099 individual small businesses. The company is paying a commission based earning structure for completing a LUGG or sales call to deliver an item

### 1/5 — Do not work for Lugg

*2023-05-11*

Company uses and takes advantage of worker’s. They suspend you without warning and don’t tell you why your suspended for three days only if you inquire. They take all your days away and talk to you like your nothing. They dont appreciate your hard work which gets them 5 star reviews and pay you less for more work. Worst company I ever worked for they do not care about workers and work load they put on you. Very unprofessional.

### 1/5 — Exceptionally bad

*2023-04-29*

Don’t normally write bad reviews. This is a horrible company to drive for. They make you sit there with a partner in the truck for an entire 8 hour slot without getting paid if it’s a slow day. Every other app your time is yours unless you have a task that you accepted. On top of that, even though I have a perfect 5 star rating, they suspended me without warning due to them finding out that I didn’t wrap an item in stretch wrap. Which is crazy considering I signed up for this in 2020 when that was NOT a requirement and they never told me they added that as one. And they expect the driver to pay for it when you literally lose money some days due to pay not outweighing these high gas expenses.
