### 1/5 — Biggest morons

*2023-02-01, version 1.8.2*

I have never seen any app ask for endless pictures again and again. It came to the point that I had to tell them to go duck themselves. Stupid, incompetent people

### 1/5 — The most and the worst

*2023-01-17, version 1.8.2*

Unprofessional lugg support rude and abuse’s drivers and helpers this is not right period!!!

### 1/5 — Poor management and support

*2022-12-07, version 1.8.2*

I was suspended due to not competing my first haul. The helper they paired me with canceled last min. They messaged me and informed me. Out of the blue I’m getting a text from a total stranger saying they are on the assignment. Then wanted me to drive 20 miles to pick them up so they could help with the gig. I messaged Lugger back to get more informed and no support. They lowered me to tier 4 and never reached out to explain why I was paired with a total stranger. No I did not feel comfortable riding a total random stranger in my truck that just text my number out of the blue. This company is so far out of touch with reality. I will continue to post this bad service over social media.

### 1/5 — Bogus company use dolly instead

*2022-11-13, version 1.8.2*

These guys don’t value your time and treat their workers like fodder.

I’ve had nothing but 5 start reviews. Literally a perfect record, thought everything was good then I got suspended out of the blue. No explanation or anything. Only response I got was “we’ll get back to you in 2-3 days” it’s been over a week and still nothing. Every attempt I’ve made at contacting them all I get is an automated or copy/paste response.

Finally got a phone call, they don’t want to reimburse me for one day of lost wages so F em

### 1/5 — Unprofessional and rude

*2022-10-21, version 1.8.2*

They are stealing from the driver
U drive almost 100 miles a day and lift heavy box they don’t pay you nothing and they pay your gaz and tolls. And the ladies and some men working at the dispatch and the office are very rude and nasty

### 1/5 — Worst company to work for

*2022-10-07, version 1.8.1*

This app is the very worst I had ever come across, they give zero F about their workers. They will try to use you and then block your account when you do not let them, they still owe me $100 for job I did and $40 bonus for a 12 hours shift and still haven’t gotten pay please do yourself a great favor and look for another mover app and STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!! This app is the worst the support team is are the worst of the worst !!!!! It’s not worth it

### 1/5 — Terrible people

*2022-08-22, version 1.8.1*

Good pay at times but treats workers very poorly. Terrible customer service and communication.
They are sneaky.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2022-07-22, version 1.8.1*

Horrible experience to say the least. One of the worst gig jobs I have ever worked for.

### 1/5 — TRASH COMPANY

*2022-06-16, version 1.8.1*

Deactivated my account because I lost service in area I was in and couldn’t respond back to then in time and was doing my job still said they have to part ways . Not understanding, not compassionate, nor caring . Trash company and will dispose you like garbage for nothing. Don’t waste your time

### 1/5 — The worst

*2022-06-02, version 1.8.1*

Don’t work for them simply. They don’t care about workers and take for your pay every chance they get.

### 1/5 — Abusers

*2022-05-18, version 1.8.1*

They want you to always make sacrifices for them but when you need them to be understanding they tell you “sorry to hear that you’re going thru tough time, sending you good vibes.” After deactivating your account for 7 months.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2022-05-16, version 1.8.1*

Don’t wast your time being a driver they only pay out 3.20 per gallon for 12 miles no matter the job. So that means if they send u 30 miles away you getting paid for 24 even tho gas is 4.19 right now big loss no reimbursement for maintenance and the people talk to you like you are a piece of spit

### 1/5 — Work somewhere else

*2022-03-17, version 1.8.1*

If you want to communicate with the company good luck. But if you have any problems they will take away your commissions. Send in evidence for whatever issue you had and they will ignore it. They don’t care about there workers.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Lugg

*2023-12-02*

Working for lugg is horrible they rather believe whatever the client says then what they’re own workers have to say about a situation.. it’s like with out us workers who is gonna get the stuff done ? Nobody they’ll suspend u for the dumbest reason

### 1/5 — Absolute worst company

*2023-11-29*

Just don’t do it. Unless you want to waste your gas and time only to sit in your vehicle with someone else waiting for jobs only to be ridiculed by them after you say something to their support. Trash. Not worth it in the slightest.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2023-09-12*

Worst company to work for they don’t care about they employees and they don’t take accountability for anything.

### 1/5 — Predatory dispatch

*2023-08-27*

You don’t know what you are going to do and how much you will get paid until you finish each work. Very heavy and very low pay based on my experience.

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2023-08-06*

I’ll be rating you 1 star you don’t respond to me, you don’t answer my questions and you never gave me jobs. I bought all these supplies for no reason. This app is a waste of time.

### 1/5 — Violating Labor Lawsuit

*2023-05-27*

I worked my first shift with Lugg in California. The company is classifying employees here as 1099 individual small businesses. The company is paying a commission based earning structure for completing a LUGG or sales call to deliver an item

### 1/5 — Do not work for Lugg

*2023-05-11*

Company uses and takes advantage of worker’s. They suspend you without warning and don’t tell you why your suspended for three days only if you inquire. They take all your days away and talk to you like your nothing. They dont appreciate your hard work which gets them 5 star reviews and pay you less for more work. Worst company I ever worked for they do not care about workers and work load they put on you. Very unprofessional.

### 1/5 — Exceptionally bad

*2023-04-29*

Don’t normally write bad reviews. This is a horrible company to drive for. They make you sit there with a partner in the truck for an entire 8 hour slot without getting paid if it’s a slow day. Every other app your time is yours unless you have a task that you accepted. On top of that, even though I have a perfect 5 star rating, they suspended me without warning due to them finding out that I didn’t wrap an item in stretch wrap. Which is crazy considering I signed up for this in 2020 when that was NOT a requirement and they never told me they added that as one. And they expect the driver to pay for it when you literally lose money some days due to pay not outweighing these high gas expenses.

### 1/5 — No Good

*2023-03-07*

These guys are terrible. Management is lazy, dismissive and treat their employees/customers like garbage. I am in the process a filing a lawsuit against this “company” and taking it down.

### 1/5 — F*% Lugg

*2023-02-10, version 1.8.2*

I hate this app. I hate this company. I hate everything that has to do with Lugg. Eff yourselves.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great improvement

*2023-07-29*

I started back in 2021, and I didn’t like Lugg. But I came back to work for them again in 2023 and they’ve improved significantly! Constant work being given to luggers

### 3/5 — Phone data carrier requirement

*2023-09-18*

You have to have unlimited data plan with t mobile, Verizon, sprint or AT&T which is ridiculously in order to use their app. Maybe they are in partnership with the companies. What does having a certain phone carrier have to do with using Lugger app? As long as you have internet or data it’s important.

### 2/5 — Cannot check available shifts more than once without having to restart app

*2022-09-01, version 1.8.1*

Not commenting on using Lugg as a source of income just wanting to point out to devs that I have to close then reopen the app every time i want to check open shifts for more than one day. Here is how it goes:

Open app ->
Click “+”  ->
Click into any day to see open shifts ->
Page opens correctly displaying proper info->
Click or swipe back to previous page ->
Click on a different day to see open shifts ->
Screen is white with loading pinwheel that never resolves ->
Close app ->
Reopen app ->
Repeat process.

Not the end of the world but obv not how it is intended to function. Thanks for listening hope this helps
