That often means multiple Airbnb locations and side trips where having to lug our bags around that hold 3 months worth of stuff would be terrible. So after a couple other options like storing them at a retail location etc, I found LUGGit! It has been so great. You schedule a time, a driver comes and picks it up, zip ties it with a tracker tie and off they go, as well as you, luggage free! They’ve never been late, the luggers are always so nice too! Schedule a return time, two weeks later or 3 hours later when you have to move from one 11am checkout to a 3pm check in! It’s fantastic! They showed up 30 min late at the airport with our luggage and were very unhelpful when we contacted them through the app. ### 1/5 — Service not provided and still charge 15 euros *2024-09-13, version 2.4.8* I arrived at Lisbon airport on 09/13/24 and solicited a baggage service at 12:15pm. 12:21pm they sent me a text saying that they couldn’t get someone at the time requested and it was going to take 30min longer. Anna asked me if this changed worked for me which I responded at 12:28pm stating that it didn’t work for me. I hopped into the train with no service and they still sent the driver to the airport. When I arrived to my airbnb I realized that they still charged me the full amount and saw messages stating that they couldn’t communicate with me and the driver was waiting for 30min. They still kept 15 euros which I find abusive and how Anna treated me was poorly and petty. They took advantage that I didn’t have service and even with the proof I presented to them that I responded back stating that the service didn’t work for me…Anna stating this “ Just imagine that all our customers behave like you and that we don't charge anything for it” This is insulting and not a professional way of handing customer service. I would put 0 stars for this kind of respond to a customer. While the founder did call to personally apologize, and they did share a police report, I cannot say I was adequately made whole for the loss of my luggage containing my ski gear. Honestly their one job is to be a trustworthy steward of your things. If they lost my bag, they could lose yours too. I recommend you look elsewhere for luggage storage. ### 1/5 — Bad service, Not recommended *2022-05-09, version 1.6.0* We tried to use Luggit for some stress-free final hours in hilly Lisbon before flying home. This didn’t work out. First they messaged via WhatsApp that the driver would be delayed 15 min. Later the app told us it would be 20 min. After 40 minutes we cancelled, as we had to check out of our room. Luggit’s response was to blame other customers for the delay, instead of taking responsibility for their service. In the end we had to cancel half our plans and it made the last hours quite stressful. Won‘t use it again ### 4/5 — Lisbon Trip *2025-10-19, version 2.6.1* LUGGit worked - mostly. Pickup went very smoothly, the driver was professional, though had limited English. At our drop off point (the train station, Lisboa Oriente) things went just a little sideways. The app provided a GPS drop off point about 2 blocks from the station, but the (new) driver was waiting at the perimeter of the station. I was originally scared because I forgot I left some important stuff in my luggage unsecured, but everything arrived at the airport safely and on time. The pickup time was delayed by about 30ish minutes though so maybe account for that when booking. Lugging was waiting at the cruise port and drop off was a breeze. Allowed my family to begin our time in Lisbon early. Hotel check-in was not until 3 pm and we were off the ship at 7:30. Drop off was just as easy. On a four week trip we had quite a bit of luggage. Found Luggit who saved me from booking a driver to take me to a storage facility and then later a car back to the facility and back to the lodging. With Luggit they came to the port. Picked up the bags and held them with the driver until time to deliver.
