I have 7 lug bags and a makeup case on the way. They are AMAZING at keeping me organized. I just wish the website was a bit more intuitive. The Best absolutely the best BD present in 82 years😻😺 I now have 7 lugs I have given a few away some time a friend will love a bag so much I just give it to them. What I have now are MINE well if some one is just crazy about a bag I might let it go but some are mine FOREVER. My birthday one is mine FE. Lugnut for life 💖💖💖💖💖 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This App and website are horrible!!! *2026-05-13, version 12.9* I have tried to create an account and login several times, but every time I have to go through the email verification process & also enter a code that is sent after I verify the email. Then it will show the name and address I entered in before, but my login and password that I originally tried to set up are never in effect. So, every single time I come back to the app it says it doesn’t recognize my email and password and makes me have to go through the whole email verification & code process all over again. I also noticed after I do go through that whole process and am able to see my name and address under profile it still shows on all the other pages as if I’m not logged in. I have never ordered, and if this doesn’t get fixed, I probably never will. ### 1/5 — WORST PLATFORM EVER *2025-01-10, version 10.5* Prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH when they sell the same items MUCH cheaper on LugLive (the live shows) or QVC. There are people in March waiting for orders from December. Customer service is horrible. You’ll never get a reply to your emails and will have to dispute charges with your Credit Company. Don’t give this company your money. ### 1/5 — US pricing *2022-12-28, version 5.9* Had to delete twice, as I thought the conversion issue would be fixed with the update. This app lists American prices only, but you wouldn’t know it unless you compared prices to the web platform. Please update your app to enable switching to Canadian pricing; until then, there is no point in having this app if you hail from Canada. ### 1/5 — Customer Care? *2022-07-08* I placed an order 3 weeks ago, needing the items within a week. I requested to pay extra to get them. No response for 3 days. When they finally deigned to contact me i was already gone. Items had not shipped, so i requested to cancel. This week the emailed they had shipped. I have been emailing them to ask for return label. Absolutely no response. Beware of ordering from Lug. ### 2/5 — Meh. *2025-12-23* Honestly? This app is clunky and hard to use. It doesn't sort well, doesn't search well, crashes like crazy…all the bad things. Two stars because it is somewhat useful, but just the bare minimum. It’s also highly annoying because the browser redirects to the app every time. ### 2/5 — Lug app (vs LugLife.com) *2024-06-22, version 9.2* I am not able to access the product videos on the app and do not like the cart for a number of reasons. The cart’s +\- buttons (for no. of each item), are positioned where my finger touches when I scroll and items get deleted without my realizing. In very many ways, I find the .com site easier to navigate, search, and it also gives better product info and videos/photos. Problem with both: accessing Reward Points! Impossible on website, and really full of problems with app. I have had points disappear while redeeming, and despite having screen shoots of process have not been able to get satisfaction from Customer Service - let me clarify; I can’t REACH Customer Service! Also my “available points” is WAY below number of points I am supposed to have? Question for other members: Has anyone ever gotten a Birthday Bonus? I’ve been around for YEARS and never seen/heard anything at that time of year! Loyal so far, but feeling neglected… ### 3/5 — Not please with revamped app *2025-09-12* You can’t even tell if an item is in stock now. It’s a waste of my time to have to click on every color to see if anything is available. Put it back the way it was before were the hosts could hide unavailable colors and shoppers could see which colors had availability. And please don’t waste our time by offering a t-shirt when we’re in a hurry to check out.
