## What is Lugoffice?

The hard part of a meeting isn't the meeting — it's the paperwork after.
Lugoffice turns a spoken Cantonese meeting into polished written documents you can hand in right away. Lugji captures what was said; Lugoffice gets it done.
Seven document types from one conversation
· Meeting Minutes — summary, discussion, decisions, action items
· Announcement — title, audience, body, sign-off
· Formal Email — subject, greeting, body, courteous tone
· Report — a structured report with summary and sections
· Decision Notes — only the decisions actually made, with rationale and owners
· Polish — proofread, tighten or expand your own draft (wording only, nothing invented)
· Weekly Report — combine a week of meetings and notes into one review
Cantonese-first
Built for spoken Cantonese → written Chinese; also handles Mandarin and mixed Chinese/English.
You choose what's sent, and only the text
Your recording never leaves your device (it stays with Lugji) — Lugoffice only reads text, never your audio. Before every generation you see exactly what will be sent, and confirm first. Text is processed by enterprise Google Vertex AI and is not used to train AI models. Documents are saved to your own iCloud or Obsidian.
One smooth flow
Works best with Lugji (Cantonese meeting recording + transcripts) — it reads your Lugji meetings directly. No Lugji needed either: paste any text and still get documents.
iPhone · iOS 18.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-03

1.2.0 — Now on iPad
• Native iPad support: full screen, portrait and landscape, Split View multitasking
• Documents use a comfortable reading width, so long minutes don't run edge to edge
• Generated documents now carry heading levels — a real outline in Obsidian or any Markdown tool
• More accurate "Attendees" in minutes: only names and titles actually said in the transcript
• Documents now record which AI model generated them
As always: recordings never leave your device — only the text you choose is sent.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-18

1.1.0 — Deeper Lugji integration
• Connected to Lugji: open a meeting in Lugji (1.0.1 or later), tap "Send to Lugoffice (cloud AI)", and tagged meetings appear in Lugoffice
• One less prompt: you already consent when tagging in Lugji, so Lugoffice won't ask again for meetings; Paste and Weekly still ask before sending
• Note: after this update, your Lugji folder shows tagged meetings only — untagged ones are no longer listed; just tag them in Lugji
• New guidance screen when nothing is tagged yet
As always: recordings never leave your device — only the text you choose is sent.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-16
