They are a great company. Their app and website have some glitches. As a returning customer the site said both that my email was invalid and when I tried to reset my password that the email was already on their system. I reset with my wife’s email and then my postcode was invalid. I entered my data in several ways and the postcode was accepted only if it was the first item in my address to be entered. PayPal diverted to its Italian site twice and payment failed. Credit card payment glitched out too before finally working. Took an hour to buy the shoes which was annoying. Looking forward to delivery which I am sure will be fast and efficient as before. First of all, the customer service here is the worst. There’s no live chat, and you can only communicate via email, which is very slow. I ordered an item and paid $14 for express shipping, but the item took forever to arrive. There’s no point in paying for express shipping, but there’s no other option, so I had to pay. I didn’t include my apartment number, so I contacted them, and suddenly they applied for a return on my item without asking me. I was planning to retrieve it myself even if it got lost, but they returned it without my consent and then said it was my fault and wouldn’t refund the shipping fee. I didn’t request the return; I still want my item. I told them I would pay again to have it sent, but they didn’t understand and kept talking about a refund. Never order from here. The customer service is the worst. In this day and age, there’s no live chat, and their email response is extremely slow.
