Luke is amazing and there is a solid amount of content in this app. There is enough to put together a strong, transformational routine for yourself. 

There is no new content being uploaded, however. What’s there is all there is. Hopefully, that will change and new content will again be added. Even a new workout a month would be great. 

That said, what’s there is awesome and Luke is a great trainer.
