I purchased the ALL ACCESS PASS for $56, and I went to upgrade my pass on nut house for the app. It transfered me to the app to link the nut house and app together. It upgraded someone else’s email on my account. I’ve never seen the email in my life that I paid for. I emailed support with screenshots and they just told me to click manage pass (which I already did). There’s more technical problems in depth.
I paid $56 for the all access pass to use the app, and I can’t even access it. It asked me to pay monthly or yearly on top of my pass because it became connected to someone else’s email…
