It upgraded someone else’s email on my account. I’ve never seen the email in my life that I paid for. I emailed support with screenshots and they just told me to click manage pass (which I already did). There’s more technical problems in depth. I paid $56 for the all access pass to use the app, and I can’t even access it. It asked me to pay monthly or yearly on top of my pass because it became connected to someone else’s email… ### 1/5 — Luke’s app *2022-04-29, version 3.56.3* It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone I’ve emailed them 7 times and no response I paid for app and can’t get into it. ### 1/5 — App locked me out *2022-01-31, version 3.43.2* Signed up to be able to access tickets for a pre sale occurring in a few days. It takes three days to hear from someone that often replies with a generic message to manage it from the website or change my password. Then when that does not work someone who runs the website refers me back to the app developers. I logged in on the app and it will not connect my account with the app. It will only let me have access on the app if I pay, AGAIN. I cannot uninstall the app because Apple decided to have an App Library, which is not helpful and one of the worst updates, so the app cannot uninstall from my phone so I can start over. I guess they became like this angry mob that attacks celebrities and cancel them. Sad thing they hurt me so bad every time I hear or see Luke Bryan I feel the pain. I just hate them which makes me hate the app itself. Save your money and don’t friend people here.
