Elle est instable, peu intuitive, et génère de nombreux blocages techniques qui impactent directement notre activité. Pire encore, le service client est totalement inexistant : aucune réponse à nos messages, aucune possibilité de les joindre. C’est inadmissible pour une plateforme censée accompagner des professionnels. Ce manque de support est tout simplement scandaleux. Nous déconseillons fortement cette application tant que des améliorations sérieuses n’auront pas été apportées. ### 1/5 — Application inutile et sav inexistant *2025-02-23* J’ai voulu tester l’offre payante 7 jours pour voir si l’application correspondait à mes besoins. Après avoir reçu un mail m’informant que je serai prélevé dans une semaine, à chaque fois que j’ai voulu me loguer l’appli affiche mon profil en offre gratuite… au final tests impossibles et impossible également de résilier l’offre payante. Plusieurs emails au sav sans réponse. A fuir ### 2/5 — De plus en plus de bugs *2024-07-22* Abonnement Pro depuis plusieurs années, je trouve que les bugs s’enchaînent empêchant les tirages au sort ne se faire ! Méta y est sûrement pour quelque chose mais aucune compensation n’est proposée quand on a un abonnement annuel et qu’il faut prendre les applis concurrentes pour faire nos tirages au sort. Bien dommage. ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne pas *2024-07-09* J’ai téléchargé l’appli et quand je dois relier mon compte Instagram, je le sélectionne parmi la liste de comptes proposés, et ensuite plus rien, ça ne passe pas à la page suivante, je ne peux donc pas aller plus loin, après une heure d’essais j’ai abandonné. ### 4/5 — Ça va *2024-04-11, version 1.14.0* Bonne appli, facile d’utilisation, évidemment il faut payer pour avoir accès, mais je crois que tout ce qu’il manque pour en faire une bonne appli de tirage c’est des petites options de plus dans la sélection des gagnants comme le fait de devoir être abonné à la page ou l’option que les partages en story de la publication comptent comme une participation de plus, sinon c’est facile à utiliser et très instinctif, c’est le fun que sa puisse mixer facebook et instagram pour un même tirage ### 4/5 — Je recommande ! *2023-05-25* Très bonne application !
