## What is Lull?

lull plays generative soundscapes for focus, rest and sleep. Every sound is synthesized live on your device as you listen. There are no audio files to download, nothing loops, and no two sessions sound the same.

Start with one tap. "Play what fits right now" picks a soundscape for the time of day, so mornings get something bright and steady, afternoons get something darker, and evenings wind down on their own.

SIX MUSIC MODES

- Focus: steady and bright, stays out of the way
- Deep Work: darker, with a 14 Hz binaural beat
- Relax: warm chords that change slowly
- Sleep: very slow and very low, fades across the hour
- Move: a soft pulse at walking pace
- Recovery: a swell you breathe with

SIX NATURE SCENES
Rain on a tin roof, ocean waves, wind across an open field, a low fireplace roar, crickets on a summer night, and a brook over stones.

MIX THEM
Long press any card to layer a second sound under the one that is playing, then set the level of every layer in the mixer. Shuffle builds a random mix for you.

ELEMENTS
Each music mode has melody, rhythm and texture layers you can switch off on their own, so you can strip a soundscape back to just the part you want to hear.

SESSIONS

Pomodoro, 25 minutes of focus then 5 minutes of break, four rounds, with a bowl chime between phases. Meditation bells every 5 minutes. Guided breathing for box 4 4 4 4, 4 7 8 and coherent breathing, with a breathing ring, cue text and soft glide tones.

SLEEP TIMER
Set the timer from 15 minutes up to 8 hours. The sound fades out gently over the last 20 seconds.

LOCK SCREEN
Play, pause, skip and volume appear on your lock screen and in Control Center. Playback keeps going with the screen locked and with the ring switch set to silent.

STREAK
Your day streak and minutes listened are saved on your device and never uploaded.

SHARE
Share any mix as a link. Send it to someone and it opens the same mix on their device.

PRIVACY

No account, no sign up, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no data collection. Everything works
offline. Your listening history, streak and preferences stay on your device.
