Lull is the calm contraction timer. One tap per wave, and a clear answer to the only question that matters: is it time?

BUILT FOR 3AM
The whole lower screen is the button. Tap when a wave starts, tap when it ends. Eyes closed is fine. The breathing ring swells at a slow breath pace while you ride the wave.

IS IT TIME?
Lull watches your pattern against the common 5-1-1 rule and says it in plain words: about 5 minutes apart, lasting about 1 minute, holding for 1 hour. No charts to interpret, no false alarms. Your midwife's advice always wins, and her number stays one tap away.

A Live Activity keeps the current wave and your pattern visible without unlocking your phone. The clock ticks on its own, all night long.
