Lull is a 3-step emotional self-care journal for exactly that feeling.

① LET IT OUT
Set a 5, 10, or 15-minute timer and pour out whatever is on your mind. No grammar, no structure — just release.

② UNDERSTAND IT
Reread what you wrote, then follow gentle chain questions ("Why might I have felt that way?") to find what's underneath. Save what you learn about yourself as "discoveries" — they build into your own inner dictionary over time.

③ HONOR YOURSELF
End every session by naming one thing you did well anyway. Even showing up counts.
