I downloaded Lull before an 8 hour flight I had. It was a huge help in making me fall asleep and keeping me asleep too.

This app is a lifesaver! There’s so many sounds to choose from, and I love that you can layer them on top of each other. Also it’s so convenient to keep track of how many hours I get of sleep each night in the same app I use for white noise.
