More than once. *2025-01-27, version 7.8.14* Delivery runs hours late sometimes. No point in having a delivery slot if you can't abide by it. Highly disappointing, customer service is also extremely lacking. They asked us to keep moldy and warm meat (delivered by them) in our home so they can come collect it for the refund. How stingy and crazy do you have to be to ask this of customers. Why not trying to ask your delivery guys to be on time?
