The service has been great. Unfortunately, the latest version of the app is a significant downgrade to the previous version. Please return the functionality and ease of use the previous version provided. ### 4/5 — Categories *2024-12-03, version 7.8.10* The search function is really not good, i type cheese and the suggestions are totally random, its not prioritizing “cheese”. The gramm / kg is sometimes not displayed on the main page so you need to click on the item to check which makes it slower. Then I contacted customer service and was told they will contact me through email. But they didn’t. They just sent a guy to pick up the eggs at night. The good thing is I kept the eggs. The guy just asked me why I ordered return. You can still use the eggs. Anyway, then he asked for a bottle of water. I was upset about Lulu and I refused to give him a water. Now I feel terrible. Long way to go Lulu!!! ### 1/5 — Forcing customers to use debit cards *2024-08-15, version 7.8.2* At the pay option they provide a choice to use debit or credit card, if you choose credit it fails every time no matter how many times one tries. I called them and they always say try after 15 minutes, but it never worked, then after switching to debit card it works like magic!! That’s happened on two different occasions. So if you cannot accept credit cards then don’t give the option!! ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2024-08-03* The worst app and service, two times ordered bad experience in both. they are not capable to meet their commitments. They promise delivery in 2 hours .Once did not deliver at all till I called and problem then they delivered after 11:00pm. Second time after 5 hours. More than once. *2025-01-27, version 7.8.14* Delivery runs hours late sometimes. No point in having a delivery slot if you can't abide by it. Highly disappointing, customer service is also extremely lacking. They asked us to keep moldy and warm meat (delivered by them) in our home so they can come collect it for the refund. How stingy and crazy do you have to be to ask this of customers. Why not trying to ask your delivery guys to be on time?
