But their team was incredibly kind and understanding and made a one-time exception for me. They refunded me in online credit and even gave me a coupon for my next purchase — and I didn’t have to return the dress! It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers like this. The styles are beautiful, shipping was smooth, and their customer service is 10/10. I’ll definitely be ordering from Lulu’s again.
