It doesn’t stay where you were. I like the ways it’s organized and how you can add items to your love list. My only feedback is that I wish you could filter your saved items from your love list for items in stock. I have liked over 300 items and some of them are from years ago that will probably never be in stock again. Every time we launch Lulus app, it opens Indeed app on my phone automatically and below message is shown in the Indeed app. “We’re sorry, but resume upload is not supported for your region and/or language”. ### 1/5 — Can Never Shop *2025-03-29, version 8.21.0* Lulus is always out of their xxs-xs sizes and I feel like their clothes run big, so there’s almost literally no point for me anytime I try to shop. I see something really cute that I want and 90-95% of the time, they’re out of that size. It’s the same for the shoes too. They’re almost always out of size 5 or I see really cute shoes I want and they don’t even carry it in size 5. The smallest size they carry for a a lot of their shoes is size 6. If you’re gonna give the illusion that you cater to petit, then make enough clothes in petit to do so. Same with the shoes. Some got here on time and in good condition. Second order i pay for express shipping not only didn’t get here they didn’t get here on time. They got here after I got back from my event I return it . And they did not refunded me they said I did not return the product even though I showed the ticket they received proof from where and when I returned it.n No there’s never anything done no matter how many proofs I give them ### 1/5 — Not an honest company *2025-02-01, version 8.19.0* I ordered several dresses for an event. They got here after I got back from my event I return it . And they did not refunded me they said I did not return the product even though I showed the ticket they received proof from where and when I returned it. ### 1/5 — DO NOT GET THIS APP *2025-01-02, version 8.18.1* I had gone back to my cart less than an hour after the b1g1 sale to get my items because I was hoping to still get them with the deal. It didn’t help that the screen that tells me the amount before pressing “checkout” told me the same amount it did during the sale. However, when I chose to pay through Apple Pay, the amount then doubled. But I’d go back and the screen would still give me the lower price. It was very frustrating and I wrote a similar note when prompted by the app for feedback regarding my order, which is under a different email and not my Apple ID. UPDATE The app still lists the b1g1 sale, so I cancelled my items and tried to add them again, thinking that I could get the deal since the items I had in my cart were still listed as sale items and as applicable for “b1g1 free” deal, which was no the case. The other issue I have is the fact that Klarna and Afterpay are not offered as payment options on the app. So that’s why I payed through the website. Additionally, I tried paying with Afterpay and they let me know that Lulu’s is not a store that Afterpay can be used on. This is weird considering that there’s a webpage dedicated on deals and promo, and the option of using Afterpay is on that page. Overall, I do not recommend using the app. I only downloaded it because I saw a coupon code online that was meant to be used for purchases on the app. But the whole experience that led me up to this point has made the use of the promo code, which was expired, not worth the hassle of using the dumpster fire that is the Lulus app. I will not be using the app from here on out and will not be purchasing from Lulus as it deceives its customers. TL;DR - I was told a price while viewing items in my cart, but the amount doubled when i pressed checkout. The app still listed the sale that ended last night even AFTER I placed my order with eligible sale items, so I cancelled my order and repurchased my items. The amount was still double and the app was promoting a sale that ended the day before. The other issue is the payment options, with Afterpay listed as an option (that’s not on the app but only on the website) but they let me know that Lulus is not an eligible store. So this is an app you should avoid downloading. ### 1/5 — Just deleted app *2024-10-08, version 8.15.0* This app thinks I’m a computer and will not allow me into it. No matter how many times I click and hold the button it will not open. This was my first time ordering from them, and even though the dress I bought didn’t fit quite right, their customer service completely exceeded my expectations. I accidentally removed the return ribbon before realizing it made the item ineligible for return, and I was so worried. But their team was incredibly kind and understanding and made a one-time exception for me. They refunded me in online credit and even gave me a coupon for my next purchase — and I didn’t have to return the dress! It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers like this. The styles are beautiful, shipping was smooth, and their customer service is 10/10. I’ll definitely be ordering from Lulu’s again. I’ve always been able to get a beautiful dress or some really cute work pants and for really good prices. And the styles are really unique. I do t think I own one item of clothing from LuLu’s that hasn’t been complimented. My Sister and Mom are always in my closet and love when I do a good wardrobe Chan because it likely means they’ll get a super adorable dress or bodysuit from here. Great store, great website.
