Continues to crash. Home screen says “Luma Surveillance” which is confusing because that is a separate app available for download. After launch the, app crashes. Please add the ability to distinguish between people, animal, car, package being left like Ring does and since your stuff is crazy expensive as it is and often times doesnt work consistently- add these features - like Ring does - and do not charge extra. Give the ability to have facial recognition and save it so it identifies a person who often visits. Give it the ability to search by dog or persons name, etc and instead of searching through endless hours of video - like Ring have it be able to search with just a word and it brings up all videos with that one search term. I wish I had asked more question before agreeing with the cameras my IT guy installed. Now I am stuck with this POS. The user interface is terrible, but the worst thing is every 3 months I have to uninstall and install this software to receive alerts. Doing so fixes the issue every time. But what a complete PITA. I recently met one of their experts at a C4 Yourself Day event and he showed me so many cool things this app can do that even my technician was not aware of.
