I have started using this app, not to stop but to be more mindful of what I am drinking. I have ADHD and have always been mindful to not self medicate in anyway, especially when dysregulaged. I am routine focused in the evening so if I don’t want to drink, I struggle to find other dopamine sources. This has been super helpful for giving me some suggestions, keeping me accountable but it doesn’t tell me what to do which i LOVE. It’s not a one size fits all which is super important. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore reducing or stopping drinking…. Also cheaper than a bottle or round in the pub 😊!!!

I have been using this app for a while now and what a fantastic tool to have at your disposal!

The app is intuitive and easy to use, and takes just a few minutes to set up your goals. The custom plans are so helpful to keep you on track, alongside tracking elements which give you a clear view of your progress (and have been invaluable in keeping me motivated).

The Coach feature really elevates this app to another level. While it doesn’t pretend to be a replacement for a therapist, having a coach available 24/7 to offer advice and encouragement when needed has been a huge positive on my journey. It has helped me identify my triggers and form long-lasting habits to recognise when they’re affecting me, and my best ways to get past them.

I would recommend this app to anybody looking to address their drinking habits - whether they’re aiming to stop altogether or simply cut down, the personalised approach sets this app apart from others and gives you a well structured way to reach your own goals at your own pace.
