The voice journaling and the insights are my favorite. I’m trying to make a habit of understanding my emotions and the insights has been spot on so far. Love the AI chat feature too. I’m still exploring the app but this has been the best use of AI in my opinion

I am always skeptical when it comes to AI but the way this app uses it is amazing and beneficial. The insights, the AI conversations and the calming sounds and exercises have become a part of my day. I struggled with journaling but using  my voice to create my journals makes it easy for me, I’m loving it overall.
