Software is a joke. They provided incorrect W-2’s and our payroll is inaccurate every week. Their support team is terrible. This is to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance. Regarding the freezing and update issue, that definitely shouldn’t be happening. We recommend updating to the latest version, as recent releases include fixes that address these kinds of bugs. It looks like a 12-year-old just learned how to code so they figured they would give this a shot and see what happened. The app is not even complete. What is this beta? I can’t enter my per diem on the weekends unless I clock in and then clock out. Well, I don’t work on the weekends. So now, if I want to get paid, I have to get in this stupid software and clock in and clock out. If I try to enter time for yesterday or the day before or the week before, There is no option to enter per diem lodging, or any other relevant item. I’m a salary employee so my clock in and clock out time is irrelevant. If I forget to get on the app and hit clock in at 10 AM, and I go back and try to change it to 7 AM, the app asked me to explain myself on why I am trying to make my time accurate. Furthermore, instead of submitting my correction for enhanced accuracy, instead, it will not submit my time and submit it for someone else to review, as if I am just sitting here making up lies. Which again, is all irrelevant because I am salary. In at least 15 years of using software for managing time, per diem or payroll, this is by far the most Childish, the most basic, and generally annoying app I have ever used. It is mind-boggling that anyone would pay for this. I could get a better app for free. I will also be deleting the app off my phone every night after work. Absolute trash. Also not working well for many people at my company thus far. Constant crashes and bugs. To clarify, our app only tracks location during work hours, when you're clocked in. This helps ensure accurate timekeeping and job-site verification, which many employers require for compliance. Outside of work hours—or when you're not clocked in—location tracking is not active. Regarding crashes and bugs — that’s definitely not the experience we want for anyone. We’ve released several recent updates to improve app stability and performance, and we’re committed to continuing that work. Im loving it so far.
