## What is lume?

You want that too? Discover your shared wishes with lume, the app for couples who want to keep discovering each other.

From small rituals to more intimate ideas, lume helps you find what feels right for you both—and turn it into time together.

FIND YOUR SHARED YES
Explore cards and make your own choices: yes, no, or maybe. When you both say yes, it becomes a match on your shared list. Discover something you both want to try, or a conversation you have not had yet.

MAKE TONIGHT A LITTLE DIFFERENT
Play couples games, ask unexpected questions, and explore guided evenings. Find a little inspiration for a quiet night in or your next date night.

SOME WISHES ARE EASIER TO WRITE
Send a wish letter to share a thought and start a conversation in your own words.

EXPLORE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Browse themed decks, discover new ideas, and choose what interests you. A match is a starting point. You still decide together whether and when to try something.

FOR YOU TWO
Newly together or years into your relationship, there is always more to discover about each other.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-25

A new look for Lume, and games that play with your matches.

A calmer, cleaner design across the whole app: lighter cards, clearer type, no clutter.
Seven mood themes: Lume, Candlelight, Velvet, Hideaway, Sunday Morning, Noir, and Blue Hour. Light and dark versions seamlessly follow your iPhone's system setting.
Games with your matches: roll a card you both said yes to, play Either … Or? on two phones at once, and save what you land on for tonight.
Strip quiz, reworked: a scoreboard, a finale for the winner, and twice as many questions.
Letters feel fairer: an accepted letter starts when it's accepted, you see how intense it is before you answer, and you can take back a letter you sent.
Easier pairing: connect with a short invite code or direct link. Invites now expire after 3 days.
Lume hides itself in the app switcher, so nobody sees your last screen. You can turn this off in Settings.
Swiping is easier: No, Maybe and Yes now sit below the card.
A new moment when you both say yes, with a quick way to plan it for tonight.
A private taste test before you invite: swipe ten cards for yourself, then see how many sparks you found.
Got an offer code? Redeem it straight from the Premium screen.
Free game tries are only spent when you actually start playing, not when you open a game.
Better contrast in dark mode and many small fixes.
