## What is Lume?

Some days are heavy. Some are just ordinary. But almost every day holds something good — a kind word, a warm coffee, a small win. Lume helps you notice it.

Lume is a calm gratitude journal built around one simple practice: each day, write down three good things. That's it. No scores, no pressure, no guilt — just a quiet moment to end (or start) your day on a brighter note.

THREE GOOD THINGS, EVERY DAY
The practice at the heart of Lume is inspired by research in positive psychology: regularly noticing what went well. Three gentle prompts a day keep it light — most entries take less than two minutes.

MEET LUME
Lume is a small glowing forest spirit who keeps you company. When you write, Lume celebrates with you. When you don't, Lume simply rests. It never looks sad, never nags, never counts your missed days. There are no streaks in this app — by design. Gratitude shouldn't feel like a chore.

A soft calendar marks the days you journaled. Tap any day to revisit what was good about it.

SAY THANK YOU, OUT LOUD
Gratitude grows when you share it. Pick someone from your contacts, write them a thank-you, and either:
• send it via WhatsApp — the message is pre-filled, you tap send
• share it as a pixel-art thank-you card, signed with your name, anywhere you like

YOUR WORDS ARE YOURS
• Free forever — no ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases
• No accounts, no sign-up
• No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
• Entries stay on your device and sync through your own private iCloud — there is no server, and the developer can't read them
• Optional Face ID lock for extra privacy
• One optional daily reminder at the time you choose — and it stays quiet if you've already journaled

"Lume" is the Italian word for a soft glow, like lamplight. That's the idea: a small light you tend, one good thing at a time.
