Lume is truly remarkable. It’s helped me so much with anxiety and stress. It’s a bestfriend in app form. Lets you know ur anxious before you are aware, checks in on you with the cutest notifications. One of the best features for me is the suggestions as well as being able to track my mental health. Really helps you getting things right back on track!
