This fitness app has honestly changed how I approach my health. Everything I care about tracking lives in one place…workouts, nutrition, energy, mood, macro goals…without feeling overwhelming or rigid. It moves at my pace, which makes the consistency easier…and illuminating about my health habits. 

I especially love how seamlessly it connects with my Apple Watch. My busy days need the automatic sync. It feels less like “tracking” and more like support and healthy choice reminders.

An app that’s flexible, intuitive, and actually works with my lifestyle instead of against it, this is it.
