## What is Lumen Notes?

Lumen Notes is a quiet place to grow in God's Word: write down what you hear on Sunday, pray through the week, and remember how God has been faithful.

SERMON NOTES THAT CONNECT Take notes during the sermon by typing, or write by hand with Apple Pencil or your finger. Scripture references become links you can tap to read the verse. When a new note matches an earlier one, Lumen offers to link them into a series, and each series gets its own page with every message, speaker and passage in order.

TODAY, MADE FOR YOU Open the app to a promise from Scripture with a short thought for the day. Lumen gently follows up on what you've been learning and the prayers you're carrying, one at a time, never as a to-do list.

THE WHOLE KJV BIBLE, FREE Read every book of the King James Bible, even offline. Highlight verses in five colors, start a prayer from a verse, and see your own notes and prayers about each chapter. Search the Bible, and look up Bible words in a built-in dictionary. The Bible in Lumen will always be free for everyone.

SET APART TIME WITH GOD Choose how long to study and what to read, then finish by writing what you learned and spending time in prayer. On iPhone and iPad you can block distracting apps until your reflection is written.

A PRAYER JOURNAL THAT REMEMBERS Keep the prayers you're carrying, set reminders, mark the days you prayed, and write down how God answered. Private prayers stay behind Face ID.

YOUR JOURNEY See your week with God, the themes He keeps bringing you back to, and prayers answered. At the end of the year, look back on "Your year with God", your own stones of remembrance.

ASK LUMEN AND SEARCH Ask "What have I learned about forgiveness this year?" and Lumen finds the answer in your own notes and prayers, right on your phone. Search everything with filters for speaker, book, theme and date.

STUDY TOGETHER Start a reading plan with your small group or church using a six-letter code, with dates for each day. Mark what you've read, talk about each day, reply to each other, and send encouragement. No email or password needed.

YOURS, AND PRIVATE Your notes and prayers stay on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking. Lock Lumen with Face ID if you like, and back up to a file, protected with a password, whenever you want.

FREE FOR EVERYONE Every feature is free, with nothing locked, and the Bible in Lumen will always be free. If Lumen blesses you, you can leave an optional one-time tip in Settings > Support Lumen.

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Psalm 119:105

### 5/5 — A Thoughtful and Interactive Bible Study App!

*2026-10-18*

I really enjoy using this app! I love how it provides Bible verses based on how I’m feeling. The “Study Together” feature is great for group Bible discussions. I also appreciate the flexible study schedules, Bible-in-a-year reading plan, built-in Bible dictionary, and the ability to block distracting apps while studying.

The offline Bible access is another excellent feature. It’s easy to navigate and makes studying Scripture more engaging, organized, and meaningful. Highly recommended!
