## What is Lumenus Medical?

No more tedious excel spreadsheets! Procedus is a procedure logging app for interventional cardiology fellows to log procedures during training. It allows you to record individual procedures in the cath lab and tally up procedure counts analyze data.  The app is "PHI-hostile" meaning no protected health information is saved. There are no patient names entered, cases are recorded by attending, date range by week, and type of procedure performed. Procedure log and procedure count totals are easily exported. Pre-loaded with typical interventional procedures but custom procedures can be added and tallied as well.

• Faster, more reliable imports. Bulk imports of 3,000+ cases now run smoothly with a real-time progress indicator.
  The app stays responsive throughout, with no freezes or crashes.

  • Cleaner case-log experience. Tap any case to see a details summary first, with a Modify button to make edits — works
  the same for attested, pending, and imported cases. A new date toggle in the case-log header puts procedure dates
  inline.

  • Better analytics. New Yearly, Quarterly, and PGY-level chart groupings. New quick-filter presets for MCS, Imaging,
  and Aortic procedures. Imported cases now sort by procedure date (newest first), not import date.

  • Smarter case classification. Noninvasive imaging studies (Echo, Nuclear, Cardiac CT/MRI, Vascular Ultrasound) now
  correctly classify as noninvasive when imported — no more mis-tagged "Unknown" attendings on imaging cases.

  • AFib + LAAO improvements. New "AFib with high stroke + bleed risk" diagnosis option pairs with the LAAO indication.

  • Subclavian access site added to the access-site picker.

  • Many crash and stability fixes in case-log sync, attending resolution, and offline-queue handling.
