I have processed this and reported to Apple Pay they said the decision was not approved for refund?? So I can’t even literally upload my own image with my own logo on it. Due to it pulling the wrong logo. It’s taking away my coin so then in return, I would have to buy more coins when it’s their mistake. After finding this out, I canceled it immediately, but I’m still out $20. I will be sending a complaint to Apple as I feel like this is a total scale. **Developer response:** Hi! Sorry for the confusion — the app actually provides free credits so you can try it before subscribing. The subscription details are shown by Apple before confirming the purchase, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Each AI video uses real servers, which is why it runs on a credit system. You can either pay $20 a month or get the yearly subscription. Like everyone else we download every app associated with AI in hopes to find better free versions . We are not ever going to pay for AI because we already overpaid for our devices. The silly truth is AI is very rich people who have money to waste, there will no purchases made in this family on any devices! Update! I am sorry I don’t know what App you are speaking above but that wasn’t my experience with app. It gives you a choice of a monthly or yearly price and that’s it .It doesn’t offer any choices that are free . It is also stuck in portrait mode which makes the experience less than pleasant on a IPad. I will take down my review if you like but there was no free option shown for me .
