تجربة سيئة جدا في مطار جدة انتظار لوقت طويل عند المكتب للتفويض مع العلم اني حجزت اونلاين وانتظار لوقت اطول في المواقف لاستلام السيارة ولا توجد مساعدة كل ماتسال احد يقلك دقايق

للاسف خدمتهم سيئة واطلب سياره واروح ابي اخذها وادق مشوار اخر شيء القزاز الامامي مكسور ويقولي مصلح القزاز وارجع اقوله اعطيني غيرها يقولي مافي غير هذي  ويكذب عيني عينك ويقول السياره الموجوده الثانية مو متغير لها زيت واقوله تضمن انه ما ينكسر او يطق القزاز يقولي مو عاجبك الغي الحجز للامانه سوء معامله من الموظف وسوء معاملة من الكول سنتر حاجز اون لاين عشان ما اطول وجلست عندهم ساعة وعليها بس عشان استلم سياره متوفره بديله.!!! لا تعويض ولا شيء وفوق ذا كلو اسلوب سيء👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 خساره فيكم نجمة

وثانيا لا يوجد فروع بالمنطقة اللي فيها

They have you give them a credit card (no, not a bank card that has Visa or Mastercard) to place a HOLD of 50% deposit… despite paying SAR1000 already 

I was very excited to try them but they completely ruined my experience with this dumb policy.

I have rented with Lumi multiple times Jeddah location at king Abdul aziz airport .they are very helpful and work with you with any issues they are very honest about everything. They have English speakers mostly if you don’t speak Arabic.
