Our App
More than 5 millions people in the entire Burundi use Lumitel to stay connected with friends and family, anytime and anywhere. "LumiCare" is FREE and help Lumitel customers to view and manage their credits, purchase internet packages, check their SIM ID, and access a full range of services without needing to use USSD or visit the agency.

Our Mission
LumiCare aims to improve the user experience by centralizing all essential features in a single mobile application, adapted to the local market, accessible to all, and in several languages.

Our Team
LumiCare application was built by Viettel Burundi SA (Lumitel) and launched to customers from ........, but continues to operate as a separate app with laser focus on building self-care service that works fast and reliably anywhere in the world
