Franchement au début j’étais sceptique, j’avais pas bien compris le concept mais ça m’a surpris ! 
Tous les jours j’arrive, je parle juste de ma journée, de ce qui ne va pas et en retour l’app me donne des actions concrètes pour aller mieux. 

C’est comme un journal intime, sauf qu’il comprend ce que tu dis et ça t’accompagne vraiment. 

Il y a plein de ressources trop bien : podcasts, vidéos, exercices, petits programmes à suivre. 
Quand ça va pas je parle et ça me soulage pour de vrai.
