Users on iOS 17 cannot access their coins ### 5/5 — Great App *2026-01-23, version 5.0* a great help for achieving health goals and routine lifestyles and at the same time the rewards it offers. ### 1/5 — Lumi servers down? *2025-10-21, version 5.0* As of 21 October 2025 I’m unable to connect to server. App fully updated. Tried on WiFi and 5G. Tried reinstalling. Helpppp I’ve been nerfed!! ### 1/5 — Coins Expire Without Warning *2025-10-01, version 4.2.0* I received a notification today, saying that my coins expire today and I should redeem them. I immediately logged into the app, but the coins have already expired. I emailed HPB about it, they claimed “Please be informed that you received three notifications regarding your expiring coins: one 14 days before the expiration, another 7 days before, and a final notification on the day the rewards expire.” I replied that I only received the last notification, and only AFTER THE COINS EXPIRED, and HPB stopped replying me. Please don’t waste your time with this app. Unlike Healthy365 where everyone is participating and there is a higher level of scrutiny, LumiHealth will just expire your coins without warning so HPB don’t have to pay out the rewards they promised. ### 1/5 — App can’t open *2025-07-22, version 4.2.0* Opens to the purple page and stays there forever ### 1/5 — Does not record workouts! *2025-07-05, version 4.1.0* I’ve trouble shoot as much as I can but the app still fails to record any workouts i’ve done. If this is not fixed, what’s the point of the app? I hope devs would fix this problem. It is able to capture the 3 goals and my Activity App is working. This update also adds a new strength training Quest for those in their 50s, plus bug fixes and other improvements. ### 4.2.0 — 2025-07-22 This build contains bug fixes and adjustments to improve performance. ### 4.1.0 — 2025-04-02 LumiHealth coins now expire six months after the month they’re earned — so redeem yours for HPB eVouchers and treat yourself! This update also helps reduce rushing at the register! We've removed the countdown when activating HPB eVouchers, so you won’t have to redeem them in a hurry. LumiHealth is also introducing the Awards tab — a new way to look back on your LumiHealth achievements, including total earnings and Quest wins.
