I did the full Lumina spark test outside this app and decided to download the app to compare my personality type with my teenage child’s personality type. We enjoyed comparing our strengths and ways we approach things.

I have used the app with clients for the past year and they all find it of value. Comparing your profile with a colleague allows you to have a different conversation, build rapport and make things happen particularly when combined with a full Lumia Spark profile.

Great Psychometric model in a palm of your hand, what else can you want :)
Also the feature that allows you to share your portrait and overlay it with others to see how you might get on is an interesting addition.
