### 1/5 — Disappointing game all around.

*2026-08-04*

Heavy use of Ai and subscription models that make the game quite pay to win.

The highest tier is a yearly subscription of $300. That’s $25 a month just to compete and play the game on even footing with others who opt into the founders tier.

Heavy use of AI in nearly all aspects of the game. Even character creation uses AI to generate character profile picture so the game limits you to 10 total tries every day.

I was told this game would be a great Corah alternative but it’s somehow more p2w than Corah.

The game is also just not fully working. If you’re gonna charge a subscription to play at least push a stable game to the market.

I hate having to leave a negative review on a game from this tiny community of people but this is not it my fiend.

In short: heavy use of AI, overly expensive p2w subscription costs, and a buggy release make this an easy pass.

### 5/5 — So much fun at a relaxed pace!

This game is basically my dream game. It’s an old school loot and gear up RPG with modern graphics and a fun community. The two devs are on discord with us all the time taking feedback and implementing changes. The game doesn’t take a bunch of your time or money. It’s very F2P friendly. I absolutely love it.

### 5/5 — Beautiful Game

*2026-08-09*

This game is visually appealing as well as very engaging. You can put in as little or as much time as you want. While there are purchase options in game I have not spent a dime and I have kept up with everyone no problem.

Additionally while it’s a new game and all new games have bugs the Devs have been very proactive in getting them taken care of and also listening to suggestions from players as well.

If you are looking for a semi idle game to play in your free time this one should be it.

### 5/5 — Great potential, brand new!

*2026-08-08, version 1.0.1*

Says 12 years old but it was just released in august 2026. The developer(s) are smart and hardworking, creating a game from player input that’s constantly being upgraded and tweaked. Fast progression and a friendly community. Can’t wait to see what they do with it!

### 5/5 — Absolutely Hooked!!

*2026-08-06*

I haven’t stopped playing since launch. The core loop is genuinely addictive — constantly hunting new equipment, dropping your line deeper for bigger fish, always something pulling you back in.

PvP actually feels rewarding here, which is rare. The Sphere system was a great surprise when I first ran into it. World bosses are a blast too — please add more!

The pet system is a highlight for me — collecting and leveling them never gets old. And having Hades functional and accessible from early levels is huge; being able to run dungeons and raids for gear that early keeps progression exciting from the start.

Overall: 11/10, easy recommend

### 5/5 — Best Mobile Game Ever

*2026-08-04*

This is hands down the best mobile game I’ve ever played! F2P friendly, limited screen time friendly, and sleep schedule friendly.

### 5/5 — Amaze Amaze

Having a great time. Very interactive devs making a fun community game. Play a solo character or run your own squad of heroes! Glad to be on the ground floor

### 5/5 — This game will get you hooked

*2026-08-03, version 1.0.1*

I’ve been having a lot of fun with Luminariah so far. It has a really nice mix of semi-idle combat, gear management, and long-term progression that makes it easy to play in short bursts but still gives you plenty to work toward when you have more time.

The offline progression is especially nice you can close the game and your character keeps fighting, then come back later to collect your progress. At the same time, the potion system keeps progression from feeling completely mindless or unlimited, so you still have to manage your resources.

There’s also a lot more depth beyond the combat, with four different classes, multiple gear tiers, professions, crafting, refining, rerolling, pets, achievements, PvP, guild raids, dungeons, and large-scale Castle Siege battles. The player-driven economy and Grand Bazaar are a cool addition too, giving you another reason to gather materials and craft instead of simply relying on drops.

Overall, it feels like a great blend of idle progression and traditional MMORPG systems. There’s enough automation to respect your time, but enough customization, resource management, crafting, and multiplayer content to keep you actively invested. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy games where you can progress while away but still have plenty of things to actively manage and chase when you’re online.
