But we do not have those options on the app. Which is why I can’t log in on the app currently. I shake shake and shake, and there are times when it sprays out a dull off shade that is obvious and does not compliment my complexion! Then there are times when I spray and I’m satisfied!!! A gloss stain would be wonderful as well or at least as close as possible. It is frustrating when items are out of stock especially if they are your personal favorites. Also, the prices on the app are twice as high until you place in a code. Makes you feel uneasy about making a purchase at all. Upgrade, overhaul needed for app and website! NEGATIVE 5 stars !!! The airbrush makeup is excellent! Older Breeze last few years. New model broke after only 5 wks!!! I was told this was cancelled when I called but obviously not. I want to cancel the subscription and auto delivery and get a full refund. I am very frustrated with Luminess customer service. ### 1/5 — Looks good BUT!!! *2026-02-10, version 4.7* I tried the spray on tan for my body and it looked good at first. I just tried the new color matching foundation. The coverage was light but I could build that up. Now comes the BUT!!! With all the items I have tried from this line of products have dried my skin out. Within a few hours I couldn’t believe the way I looked. Secondly the primer that came with the new foundation smells awful. I can’t recommend this to anyone. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2025-10-22, version 4.7* It was great while it lasted but the first one I had stopped charging about 6 months after I got it they replaced it with a new upgraded one but it also didn’t last and stopped sparaying consistently so it became unusable but by that time it was no longer under warranty they didn’t renew it after I got a replacement so I was very disappointed with that it should have had the same warranty as the fist one but it didn’t I took care of it cleaned it like they recommended so it costs way too much to replace and I have no faith that it would be any better and not have problems like the other 2 so I just don’t wear any makeup I was never good at applying regular makeup so I don’t recommend using it waste of money cause they want to set it so you get makeup once a month so I’ve got tons of stuff that i didn’t need and none of the stuff I did use more like the concealer neither system lasted long enough to use all the foundation othe huge waste of money I’ve hundreds of dollars worth that can’t be used ### 1/5 — My debit card was hacked *2025-02-23, version 4.4* Thanks to LUMINESS for my hacked credit card and $450 wire transfer out of my account. ### 1/5 — Waste of time annoying *2025-02-22, version 4.4* For whatever reason it kept saying, I didn’t have the right password I reset it went to the other app. It was fine. I checked website and it’s just as horrible as the app. Does not show any account info for you to see your name, contact info or payment info. Got charged and sent more makeup when online and in the app do not reflect any orders or subscriptions. Customer service chat seems you are speaking with a robot and isn’t helpful.
