I have been a Luminis patient almost 2 years.  It has been a pleasant and thorough medical experience.  The physicians have a wonderful bedside manner as well expertise in their fields.  My health is well tended to.

Whe you trying to change a primary doctor or find another doctor near you the system ask for the website and it’s not working, I can’t login, I try on my iphone, ipad, laptop and non connect to the website

Upon getting my yearly Medicare wellness visit, which should be free and has been every year I was charged $18.+ for a procedure I did not request and was not told I was getting. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Your explanation was lame. After numerous calls to Aetna, Luminis billing and their administrator and 6 months passing being afraid you would send this to a collection agent I cratered and paid your bill. I am not a happy camper and am telling all who will listen.
