### 1/5 — Can’t get help for an eye irritation infection

This app is absolutely terrible. I want to set up a virtual appointment for an eye irritation. That’s an item that’s listed for virtual help. There is absolutely nowhere in the app where I can book a virtual apt. And there is no one to contact about this stupid app and booking a virtual appointment. What a waste of my Sun Life health benefits. And more importantly, there’s very mixed messaging between using Lumino and Dialog. Happy to chat about this.

This app doesn’t have much availability for consultations and you need to book appointments. They do nothing to actually help, just advise you to visit a walk in. Completely pointless.

It’s good if your employer pays for a good service, if not they basically cannot do anything except talk to someone who is not really qualified

I can’t download the app on my MacBook. It says it’s only compatible with iPads, iPhones, and strangely, iPods.

Contacted LuminoVC about a skin concern. My account was easy to set up and the appointment was the same day. The nurse practitioner contacted me at the exact time that they said that they would. Appointment took less than 15 minutes and a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. Very easy and user-friendly.. Would definitely recommend. Also nice that I did not have to go to a walk-in and I could do the virtual appointment from my home.

I had tried Lumino multiple times but every time I ended up being ask to go in person and see a walk in or family doctor, including a time I asked for a doctor’s note and another time I asked for a blood test req, both of which I was able to get the support I needed from Telus Health. I don’t recommend it if you want to save time, I ended up wasting more time.
