Absoliučiai tragiška aplikacija. Dizainas atrodo kaip 2010 metų appso. Pranešimai apie gautus/pervestus pinigus neveikia. Atliekant pavedimą labai sunku palaikyti ant langelio ir įklijuoti tekstą. Vien dėl tokios prastos programėlės norisi keisti banką.

Transition from Luminor Nordea to this app from UI/UX perspective is pretty awful. App itself is a definite step backwards as well, off putting to use. Look at any challenger bank for inspiration.

The app is very simple and to handle basic needs. Appearance is old fashioned. It does not fill my iphone screen properly..cutting edges. Statement transactions details are flooded with unnecessary information which gives you a headache. Can’t wait for a new app update.

App design is really old. Looks like it haven't been updates since it was created few years ago. Altho most stuff can be accessed over the app for online banking this app still looks user unfriendly then other banking apps.

I updated it to the latest version and seems there is no end for errors and bugs in the app. Vital option of currency exchange rate gone blank and grey which was wonderful! 
Now every time I need to check the currency rates I have to use DNB website what is so inconvenient! 
Very disappointed.......

Programėle tiesiog neimanoma naudotis… mygtukai nepasispaudzia, o kai pasispaudžia kaskart prašo jungtis iš naujo… interfaces užstrigęs praeityje…

This app is on par with the service from this bank. Both got stuck in the last century with no prospects of success. The app alone is a good enough reason to use a different bank altogether.

Tokio dydžio bankas ir tokį šūdiną app turi… aš turejau 15 kartu eiti į savo smart id, kad prisijungti į savo account.. dizainas ir siaip programa nesiekia net 1 balo.. gėda sakyciau bankui 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I think Luminor completely forgot that this app exists and slept for 5 years.
Most of the buttons can’t be clicked, most of the features are useless.
Looks like an after-school project rather than an app created by a big bank.
