もう、何年も毎日使ってます。 使い勝手もよいです。 が、 昨日から突然 起動すると Total failure とのメッセージが出て、ストアに飛ばされます。 新しいバージョンが必要です。 とのこと。

App StoreにEnfour版のアプリが検索可能に戻っているようです。バージョンは他と同じく13.4ですが、こちらのダウンロードに誘導されてインストールするとTotal failureから回復しました。Enfore版以前からのユーザーはこれで利用回復できるかもしれません。デベロッパーからアナウンスがあるとよいのですが。
2023/1/30追記 
古い開発元のEnfourサポートにメールで問い合わせしたところ回答を得ることができました。正規顧客でTotal failureとなる不具合はバージョン13.4で修正されているということです。しかし、Enfourの時代からInappに継続して利用している顧客がアプリを再インストールした場合は問題が解決できない罠があります。私もその1人。みなさんはくれぐれも再インストールを試みないように…

 レビューの更新してくださいというレスを即時返信してくれていますのでデベロッパーはサポートを見ていただけているものと思います。先にも書いた通りTotal failureのメッセージがでるバージョン13.3.2ではアプリ内のサポート連絡をクリックすることもできずに直ちにApp Storeに飛ばされてしまうため、一度アプリを削除して再インストールを行ってから新規アプリ内購入の画面からサポート連絡しています。以前のご説明の通り、この方法ではデバイスのトラッキング情報が新規になってしまいますので正しく再認証されるものか不安があります。一連の不具合を修正していただきたいです。

 レビューの更新を促すメッセージが付いたのですが、自動応答でしょうか。サポートに連絡しろということですが、他の方の指摘にもありますが、Total  failureを表示して勝手にApp Storeに移動するのでアプリ内のサポート連絡メニューを選択する猶予もないのです。今後購入される方のためにも修正していただきたいですね。

13.3.2のアップデート後と思いますが、Total failureという文字が画面に現れてApp StoreのUniDict検索ページに飛ばされて使いものにならなくなっています。

 2013年頭に販路に関わるトラブルがあったらしく販売が切り替わっているため、従来バージョンの顧客サポートがシームレスに対応されていません。従来バージョンはiOS7ではクラッシュしたりフリーズするため必ず入れ替える必要がありますが方法がわかりにくい。 同様に移籍？したアプリでは利用継続の更新処理で問題があったようですが、ルミナスはこちらを起動した時にでるメッセージに従って配布元にメールをすれば利用情報の更新が受けられるのですが、この方法、救済策がこちらのアプリをダウンロードするまでわからなくて困ります。 デベロッパーサポートページのリンクは以前は準備中のようでしたが2013/10/12にはアクセス不能だったり不安定です。 ソフト自体は良いと思うのですが… 2015/9/29 しばらくAppStoreから削除されていたらしくダウンロードできなくて困っていましたが、復活してくれました！ アプリの説明に旧版の復活について今のうちに戻すように促していますが、これはまた近いうちに消えるということなのかどうか…

I originally bought this I think 4 years ago. For nearly ¥3,000 it hadn’t worked at all after I purchased it. 
After finally responding and fixing it, it now at least works.
I haven’t had time to really try it out and get a feel for the data yet but I want to at least update from a 1 star do not buy.

The UX and design are clunky to say the least. The buttons at the bottom are difficult to press and conflict with the bar at the bottom on an iPhone X.
Common use cases aren’t particularly thought through. 
E.g. I don’t need to share words on twitter but it might be nice to use one search bar to search both English and Japanese without needing to tell the app which language the thing is. 
There’s inconsistency in the presentation and not much thought given to information hierarchy.
If I want to look up a word in a definition I’d expect to be able to click it like a hyperlink or click it to have a pop up with links to various definition pages.
I wouldn’t expect to have to select the text then choose from a menu E-J, J-E, share etc.
However there is some hyperlinking and it’s inconsistently used. I presume it must be manually added. They should automatically index everything so that you can jump from any word or definition in English or Japanese to any other.

From an initial glance the data seems to be what you’d expect from a dictionary so I’m giving it 3 stars. If I find it starts to become indispensable that may go up, but for now the UX and lack of attention to detail, coupled with the incredibly slow support doesn’t give me much confidence in the app itself.

I have to assume the reasonably hefty price tag is because they’re leveraging the data itself and that it will be worth it for that.

アプリの仕様についての質問メールには数日で回答を頂けました。

insultの音声ファイルが間違っているようです。

Enfour社からリリースされていた時に購入しました。
代替アプリがリリースされるまで、少し時間が掛かりましたが、無事に審査を通過して、まずは一安心です。
このアプリのリリース後、すぐにインストールし、ユーザー認証に成功しました。
今後も継続的にサポートが行われるよう期待しています。

辞書そのもののの内容としては満足しています。

Good job! You finally got it going again. I am glad to have it back since I use it all the time.

I enjoyed using the dictionary but was disappointed that I spent considerable money and did not get a speaker included.
I also ask you to fix the crash which has continued 24/7
