This is absolutely the most frustrating app I have ever had on my phone

The notification page is so big you can’t scroll to select yes or no so I can’t continue

I had new test recently in part because L notes my test result as out-of-date
When trying to list the testing site there are few Hawaiian options 
It would not take Adventist Castle the predominant site on Windward side
So I put other after giving up

I click no that I don’t have symptoms and the answer is no to all the question in your daily health check and it tells me I’m not clear to come to campus! I will be coming for the Hawaii Bowl and will bring my vaccination card and ID like I do every time I go into any other restaurant or establishment in Hawaii and you will let me in. Horrible and redundant waste of everyone’s time!

I was charged $286.62 as soon as I downloaded??? It doesn’t work or open when I am trying to log in with UH email. I am trying to contact support and I am unable to contact to reverse the charge or open the app, so disappointing.

Sadly I had made a mistake on my email and the app won’t let me change or update it so I can’t verify my email. Can this change so that i and others can update it if we want to change it or fix a mistake?
