## What is Lumo?

Practice difficult work conversations before you have them.

Giving feedback, setting a boundary, or asking for a raise can be hard. Lumo gives you a place to try your own words, hear another point of view, and find a clearer way to say what matters.

BRING YOUR SITUATION
Describe what happened and what you want to achieve. Type or use dictation, choose a starting idea, or bring a screenshot of a conversation. You review the words before you practice. You can also save an optional description of your work to reuse in future rehearsals.

MEET YOUR PRACTICE PARTNER
A separate AI character plays the person you need to talk to. Choose a gentle, realistic, or demanding conversation. Lumo stays in the coaching role, so you know who you are practising with and where guidance comes from.

SPEAK OR WRITE
Practice aloud and follow your partner's spoken replies with live captions. Prefer writing? Try the text conversation. When you get stuck, Lumo's ideas give you a draft you can edit before sending.

LEARN FROM YOUR WORDS
Review feedback linked to what you actually said. Explore the examples behind it, the skills you practised, and something you could try next. A rehearsal can help you prepare; it cannot predict how the real conversation will go.

KEEP WHAT HELPS
Save a useful takeaway, revisit it in Saved, and practice again. Guided challenges give you other work situations to explore.

START AT YOUR PACE
Continue as a guest without a username or password. Lumo supports English and Spanish. An internet connection is required for AI conversations. Optional Lumo Pro subscriptions are available in the app.
