I genuinely believed this was the purchase I'd already made, but it turned out to be a second subscription. Before I realised what had happened, I had been charged twice for essentially the same product. I contacted the developer immediately. While they acknowledged it was an honest mistake and were polite in their replies, they refused to refund either duplicate payment. To make matters worse, the advertised 3D watch faces aren't even available in the app. I switched to Timeora instead. For just $1-2, it offers a much better selection of watch faces with no hidden charges, misleading subscription flow, or tricks.
