So with that out of the way the app is terrible. 90% of the time is has some big where it can’t connect. This can be frustrating when using the parental controls to cut internet to certain devices, but not being able to resume the devices because the app doesn’t want to work. So fixing that bug would be great. Also another feature I would like to see would be the ability to add the same devices to multiple people lists. Such as an iPad for example. Sometimes I want a quick pause of multiple devices including the iPad. And sometimes I want a quick pause of all the same devices minus the iPad. Being able to put it on two different lists would make that easier ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2025-05-12* Just the app. The service from Lumos(customer service for issues, actual internet service ) is great. The App is worthless. On initial setup it worked fine and as intended. Create name, see all IP that are on network. Once that stops working, it’s done. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled , restarted router, deleted account on the app and tried again. Just keeps going in circles of error messages. App itself needs dedicated support , or it was just stay a small time service compared to other service providers. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect *2025-05-10* This app used to work. It no longer does. ### 1/5 — Broken app wastes times *2024-08-30* The app won’t let me log in. I have correct information. I recovered the username because it kept saying account doesn’t exist, and then they send me the exact username that I was using. Then when I try it again, it says again that the account with that username doesn’t exist. Software issues that prevent you from logging in and paying your bills seems like a malicious intent to delay and charge late fees. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buggy/Bad *2025-12-18* this app honestly has so much bugs you can’t click almost anything without getting an error. You can’t see you when your Wi-Fi is due/pay your bill on the app like most of the basics aren’t even available. ### 1/5 — Application *2025-12-13* Application is worthless when trying to manage devices. It be nice to be able to edit offline devices. I’d also like to be able to disconnect devices completely instead of just ‘pausing’ stuff once it’s assigned to a person. And I’d like for stuff not to double up once it’s disconnected and reconnected. A lot of items are found as an iP address instead of the actual item which is also annoying. ### 2/5 — Not very helpful *2024-07-19* Had to change network name due to equipment issue. App not intuitive and old network name is still appearing (disconnected) with no steps on how to add new network.
