My mum, who had been playing lumosity daily for more than a decade by this point, stopped playing entirely. I stayed with it but stopped maintaining my daily streak. I was already planning on unsubscribing before the next cycle, but today’s notification made me do it instantly. A £20 increase? In this economy? Genuinely obscene and laughable. Cancelling sub, and deleting the app. I’ll miss the train of thought game, and in general the games are good, but at the end of the day it’s just one more app that’s keeping me glued to my phone and I’m getting really tired of that — especially with the aforementioned changes. I contacted customer service four days ago, but I have not received any response yet. I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Very frustrating. There should be a rating system so you have to play certain games less frequently than the ones you actually like.
