The psychic literally talked in circles, and once I confirmed something she said, she would just repeat what I told her instead of actually providing insight. She also stretched out the session by sending one sentence—or even 4 words—in 5 separate messages. I used to get 1–2 actual paragraphs in a 3–5 minute session, so this was extremely disappointing. Customer service wasn’t any better—I waited in the chat for an hour+ multiple times and no one ever joined. I deleted at least 4 support tickets because I couldn’t get anyone to help.
