Lumyo is a mindfulness app designed for busy brains.

Most meditation apps assume you can sit still, focus on audio, and “just breathe.” Lumyo works with how your attention actually behaves: some days your mind is calm enough for audio guidance, and other days you need something visual to anchor you fast.
